How It Works
The site has been created with convenience in mind. You can view, select, hold, and pay online.
ORDER PROCESS
- Add items to your cart
- Specify the dates needed, job name, location, and pick up time
- if you are able to enter your dates, and it is not shaded out, then its available
- Click add to cart
- Enter Customer Information
- Click Continue to Payment Method
- Enter your CC Information
- Click 'Complete Order
- A confirmation email will be sent to the email you provided
HOLDING PROCESS
- click on thumbnail picture
- click on a yellow button that says request hold
- once all holds added on right hand side will be a yellow button that says my holds press this
- another yellow button will say email tip top your holds to check availability
- press this, copy and paste the link to email us at rent@tiptopprops.com
If organized during business hours, we are open 24 hours for pickups and dropoffs.
Our rental prices are based on a seven-day rental period. Our online pay feature allows for rentals of up to three weeks. If you require longer rental periods, you can contact us to make arrangements. You can also contact us with any questions or custom order requests.
Should you want to view an item in person, feel free to come in. Our space is located in the Brooklyn Navy Yard, and is accessible from 9-6PM Mon-Fri (weekends by appt)
